After finding a property you are interested in follow the steps below to proceed:

• View the OCCUPANCY CRITERIA form

• Complete our PROSPECTIVE TENANT QUESTIONNAIRE

Upon receipt of the Tenant Questionnaire, an Acuity Group representative will contact you to learn more about your needs.

Once we find a home that suits your needs, we will move forward with the formal application process.

• Complete the RENTAL APPLICATION, there is a $30 fee for each occupant 18 and over

*If you would like to pay by credit card, please fill out and sign the RENTAL APPLICATION, fax to 1-866-899-9201 and click on the Buy Now button below to process payment. When payment is received we will run the application and notify with details.

Within 24 hours of receipt of your application, we will be in contact with you to work through the remainder of the application process.
