Meet Stephanie Danielson

Stephanie began her real estate career in 1998 after a 15 year history of small business ownership where she was a corporate officer with the title of "Marketing & Finance Director". During this 15 year period of business ownership she learned valuable lessons in regards to customer service and establishing name recognition. Stephanie applied her previous business knowledge to build a real estate team - "The Danielson Professional Group Inc" which she established in 2001.

Stephanie is a strong believer in delegating to other competent team players. By pooling their time, talent, aspirations, and dollars, The Danielson Professional Group provides top notch marketing and exceptional customer service to their clients. In 2005 the group changed their name to "Danielson Real Estate Consultants" subsidiary company of Danielson Professional Group, Inc.

Stephanie began her career in real estate as an agent with Coldwell Banker Vision in Elk River MN from 1998 to 2006.  In 2005 with the help of her team, Stephanie was the number #1 agent in Minnesota for Coldwell Banker Affiliate offices.  Since then she has placed in the top 3% of Realtors statewide.  In 2007 and 2008 she was nominated and awarded the title “Super Real Estate Agent” by both Mpls./St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business magazine.

Stephanie Danielson has been a resident of the northwest suburbs since 1982. She has resided in Ramsey (11 yrs.), Burns Township (8 yrs.), and Elk River (6 yrs.) Her family now resides in Zimmerman on a 14 acre hobby farm. Stephanie and her husband Kevin have a combined family of 5 children (none residing at home) and 2 grandchildren. Her supportive husband, Kevin Huggins has been a pillar of support throughout the course of her career. Kevin provides valuable behind the scene support to Stephanie and her team.

Stephanie is a lover of animals, is excited that she is finally at her hobby farm destination and has the ability to be surrounded by all of her pets which include; 12 year old Peruvian Paso Horse - Dedicar, 16 year old Quarter Horse mare - Dandy, 4 year old Thoroughbred Horse - Dorella, two large breed outdoor dogs Nitro and Coalie and two outdoor cats. She is dedicated to helping animals in need and is a supporter of the Animal Humane Society and the Minnesota Hoofed Animal Rescue.

Stephanie is also involved and gives back to her community. She served a three year board position with the Three Rivers Community Foundation and is a volunteer for Guardian Angels Senior Foundation.  She is an active participant in a local Biz to Biz Networking Group, and is a member and supporter of the Women’s Connection – Elk River.  She also is a regular financial sponsor of area youth programs.
