Sarah Fuller

Sarah Fuller was born and raised in the NW metro area and currently resides in Otsego. She has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Person since 2005. She is a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and North Metro Realtors Board.  

She began her career in property management in 1994 with Trammell Crow Residential Services. She has vast experience with successfully managing all aspects of luxury residential apartment home and condominium communities and mixed use properties in the Twin Cities metro area including financial reporting, rent collections, budgets, owner, resident and vendor relations, staffing, accounting practices and marketing. Her strong leadership skills and experience managing multi-million dollar properties lead her to the position as an interim Leasing Manager which resulted in 100 leases in a 60 day period at a 500 unit apartment community in Lombard, IL. She has also held other positions during her 16 years of experience including Property Manager, Area Trainer and multi site Portfolio Manager.

Sarah joined the Acuity Capital Group team in August 2009. Her current responsibilities include intakes on new rental properties in the portfolio, oversee financial reporting and software programs, property and file audits and training new team members.
